Oppo will unveil the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro smartphones tomorrow (Oct. 16) in China. Reports suggest that there will be a dedicated global launch date by the end of this month, possibly on Oct. 28. It is also being said that the company will hold a dedicated launch event for India in November. A new report by SmartPrix has revealed the Find X9 series’ India launch date before the official confirmation.

The report, which cites tipster Yogesh Brar as the source, reveals that the Find X9 series will launch on Nov. 18 in India. Before that, the company will announce ColorOS 16 on Oct. 15. The source also suggested that the Find X9 series’ pricing would be similar to its predecessor. Therefore, the Find X9 is likely to cost around Rs 65,000 (~$735), whereas the Pro edition may cost under Rs 1,00,000 (~$1,130).

Recent reports have revealed almost everything about the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro, which will be powered by the Dimensity 9500 chipset. The X9 will have a 6.59-inch 1.5K 120Hz flat OLED screen, a 7,025mAh battery, and a 32-megapixel front camera. Its rear camera setup will have a Sony LYT-808 50-megapixel main camera, a Samsung JN5 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and an LYT-600 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
On the other hand, the Find X9 Pro will have a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz flat OLED panel, a 7,500mAh battery, and a 50-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, it will have a LYT-828 50-megapixel main camera, a Samsung JN5 50-megapixel ultra-wide snapper, and a Samsung HP5 200-megapixel periscope telephoto camera.
Both phones will have an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint scanner and run on ColorOS 16-based Android 16. These devices will also feature an IP68/69-rated body.
