OnePlus has finally unveiled OxygenOS 16 — its latest custom skin based on Android 16. The updates are usually rolled out in batches. So, if an update starts rolling out somewhere else, it may take a few days to reach your device. However, the expansion is usually quick. To manually check for updates, go to Settings > System & update > Software update, and then tap on Check for updates.
OxygenOS 16 is a major upgrade with a download size of a few gigabytes. To ensure a smooth upgrade to OxygenOS 16, please ensure your device has at least 5-6GB of free internal storage before downloading the software package and at least 40% battery before installing it.
