Xiaomi has shared its latest weekly update on HyperOS, highlighting the issues being fixed and those still under review.

This week’s report confirmed that the error message pop-up caused by the Xiaomi Account app has been fixed through a cloud service update. The problem had affected all devices but has now been resolved.

Another issue involving slow charging on the Redmi Note 12 Pro 5G and Redmi Note 12 Pro+ 5G has also been addressed. The issue appeared on OS version 2.0.5.0.UMOINXM and is now fixed in the latest software release. Xiaomi advises users to update their devices to the newest version to ensure optimal performance.

The company also reported that the problem where YouTube videos cannot be played is still under analysis. This issue affects all devices running HyperOS, and developers are currently working to identify the cause.

Xiaomi encouraged users to continue reporting any bugs they encounter using the Feedback app or by posting in the ROM subforum on the official community site. For updates related to specific devices or to follow ongoing discussions, users can subscribe to Xiaomi’s official Telegram channel and join their respective device groups.
