Samsung India has announced a significant upgrade to its customer protection program, introducing a new range of extended warranty options under the Samsung Care+ service. The updated plan now extends beyond smartphones and tablets to include a wide variety of home appliances. This expansion aims to provide users with greater convenience, reliability, and all-round peace of mind.

The enhanced Samsung Care+ service now includes extended warranty plans for refrigerators, washing machines, air conditioners, microwave ovens, and smart TVs. Customers can choose from plans spanning one to four years, with prices starting at just Rs 2 per day.

The brand has also introduced an industry-first coverage option that protects appliances against software issues and screen malfunctions that occur without physical damage. This addition aims to assure customers that both hardware and software concerns are addressed comprehensively.

Samsung has expanded its service ecosystem to make these plans more accessible and efficient. The Care+ program now operates through over 2,500 service centres across India and is supported by more than 13,000 certified engineers. The company also provides multilingual assistance in nine languages and genuine Samsung parts for every repair.
