Realme introduced its new smartwatch, the Realme Watch 5, today alongside the Realme P4x 5G in India. With an upgraded display, stronger build quality and added connectivity options, the smartwatch aims to deliver improvements over its predecessor. Realme Watch 5 specifications and features
The Realme Watch 5 features a 1.97-inch AMOLED display with 600 nits of brightness and Panda Glass protection. It comes in a refined metal unibody design with a functional crown and removable 22mm straps.
The Watch 5 includes over 108 sports modes, along with VO2 Max estimation, auto workout detection, sleep tracking, blood oxygen monitoring and women’s health insights. It supports Bluetooth calling, NFC tools, customizable watch faces and IP68 resistance for everyday protection.
The smartwatch is powered by a 460mAh battery that can last up to 16 days during standard use or up to 20 days in Light Mode. Independent GPS with support for multiple satellite systems ensures accurate route tracking even without a phone. It is also part of Realme’s Make in India initiative, emphasizing domestic production and component sourcing.
Realme Watch 5 price in India and availability
Realme Watch 5 is priced at Rs 4,499 (~$49) and will be available in Titanium Black, Titanium Silver, Mint Blue and Vibrant Orange. The first sale begins on Dec. 10, with an introductory offer reducing the price to Rs 3,999 (~$45). The smartwatch can be purchased through Realme’s website, Flipkart and offline channels across the country.
