Oppo unveiled the Find X9 and Find X9 Pro in China and global markets in October. In November, these devices were unveiled through a dedicated launch event in India. I have been using the Find X9 for around 3 weeks, and before I switch to my next review device, I will share my thoughts about this device through this review.
2Display and Audio
The visual experience is driven by a 6.59-inch flat AMOLED panel that sits behind incredibly thin, uniform 1.15mm bezels. It is easily one of the most technically impressive screens I have tested recently. While the phone defaults to FHD+ resolution to conserve power, the sharpness and color calibration are flagship-grade.
Outdoor legibility is excellent as the panel gets bright enough to cut through direct sunlight, and the high-frequency PWM dimming ensures that low-light usage does not result in eye strain. Whether scrolling through text or watching Dolby Vision content, the 120Hz refresh rate keeps everything feeling fluid and responsive.
Complementing the visuals is a stereo speaker setup that punches well above its weight. The audio output is genuinely impressive as it’s loud, full-bodied, and maintains clarity even when you push the volume slider to the maximum. While it may lack the final bit of deep bass resonance found in absolute top-tier Pro models, the sound separation is fantastic for gaming and streaming. It is a complete multimedia package that does not force you to reach for headphones the moment you start a video.
