Motorola has just teased the launch of a new super thin smartphone model. The company unveiled the Moto X70 Air in China back in October 2025, and now, it appears that a higher end model is in the works. Motorola’s Moto X70 Air has just surfaced in a fresh teaser poster, so here’s what we know.

Moto X70 Air Pro Teased in China

In a fresh teaser, the brand confirmed that the Moto X70 Air Pro model is in the works. Looking at the image poster, this new device will launching in China soon. While an official launch date and features are still unknown, the teaser does confirm AI powered features and a thin and light design, similar to the Moto X70 Air. To recall, Motorola launched the X70 Air in the global market as the Edge 70.

Recently, there have been rumors of the brand working on a premium Motorola Signature smartphone, which is expected to be the new name for the Edge 70 Ultra. So the upcoming Moto X70 Air Pro could be a rebrand of the Motorola Signature that is exclusive to the Chinese market. Based on what we know so far, the Edge 70 Ultra/Signature will be powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 SoC (as seen on GeekBench).

This chip is coupled with 16GB of RAM, with the device running on Android 16 OS. Other rumored features include a 6.7-inch flat OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate on the front, triple 50MP cameras on the rear, and a big battery pack. Motorola is expected to announce the Signature in the Indian market on 28th December 2025.
