Edifier has officially launched the M330 II Bluetooth speaker in China. The new model is priced at 959 yuan ($138) and features several upgrades over the previous generation, including support for LDAC, Apple AirPlay 2, and a longer battery life.

Edifier M330 II Specifications
The M330 II is designed as a multi-scenario portable wireless speaker with a retro-inspired look. It comes in three color options: wood grain, black walnut, and pearl white. The speaker features a full wooden cabinet made of 12mm MDF, dual-tone fabric grille, piano-style buttons, and a concealed rear carrying handle for portability.

The speaker adopts a 2.1-channel architecture. It includes two newly tuned 1-inch silk dome tweeters and a 4-inch mid-bass driver made of a composite wool cone. Edifier states that the driver setup supports high-frequency response up to 40kHz and meets Hi-Res Audio standards for both wired and wireless playback.
Internally, the M330 II uses dual Texas Instruments TAS5805 Class-D amplifier chips. The system delivers up to 60W of continuous power output and supports a peak output of 120W. According to Edifier, the speaker can comfortably cover spaces up to 50 square meters.

On the wireless side, it supports LDAC at up to 990 kbps with 24-bit/96 kHz audio and uses Bluetooth 5.4 with dual-device connectivity. Apple users also get AirPlay 2 over dual-band Wi-Fi, while AUX, USB sound card, and USB charging options handle wired use.
The M330 II houses a 38.48Wh (7.4V, 5200mAh) lithium battery. Edifier claims the battery offers up to 14 hours of playback at moderate volume and around 11 hours at higher output levels.

The speaker also works with the Edifier Connect app, which supports EQ customization, input switching, firmware updates, and timer settings. It measures 250 x 162 x 179 mm.
In related news, Edifier has recently launched the Hecate Air 3 Commander open-ear gaming headset with 2.4G and Bluetooth 6.0 support, alongside the Auro Clip ear-clip earbuds featuring AI translation, up to 35 hours of battery life, and Bluetooth 6.1.
