Vivo Android 16 update device list

Vivo has been rolling out the Android 16 update since early November, and it has already reached dozens of eligible smartphones. The update comes with the OriginOS 6 skin at the top, which brings pretty significant upgrades and new features across the software.

Most of the eligible high-end devices are already running Android 16, and the update is now expanding to mid-range and cheaper models. Here, we’ve curated a list of Vivo and iQOO devices that have received the Android 16 update.

There are still a bunch of Vivo phones waiting for the OriginOS 6 update. Vivo has promised that those devices will receive the update in the first half of this year, which means by the end of June 2026.

If you’re unsure about whether your Vivo or iQOO phone is eligible for the Android 16 update, check the official rollout schedule for clarity. If it’s there on the list, all you need to do is wait patiently for the update. Anyway, we’ll try to keep updating this list regularly so that you can revisit this page later for fresh information.
