Casio W-221H Specifications

The W-221H series adopts a retro-inspired design based on Casio’s classic 1990s digital watches. It uses a square case shape with a brushed metallic bezel and a polished face, while the band connection features a flat stripe pattern to accentuate the minimalist styling.

Casio has refined the proportions for modern wearers, with the case measuring 43.7 x 38.4 x 12.2 mm and weighing just 35 grams. The watch supports wrist sizes between 145 and 215 mm, making it suitable for both men and women.

Casio has equipped the W-221H with a resin case, resin glass, and a resin band. It supports 5-bar water resistance and includes an LED backlight with selectable durations of 1.5 or 3 seconds. The amber-colored LED helps improve visibility in dark environments.

The display features a wide, easy-to-read layout with a pixel-style day indicator to reinforce the retro look. Casio includes a full set of digital functions such as a 1/100-second stopwatch with 24-hour capacity, split time, auto-start, and a 5-second countdown. The countdown timer supports up to 24 hours with auto-repeat and pre-alarm functions.

The watch packs three daily alarms with a snooze option, an hourly chime, and Flash Alert LED notifications for alarms and timers, alongside a full auto calendar, 12/24-hour formats, tone control. Casio claims a battery life of up to 10 years and a monthly accuracy rate of ±30 seconds.

In related news, Casio has also launched new G-Shock models featuring metallic finishes and bold red dials, alongside the Oceanus OCW-S7000F-2A, which arrives with a sapphire bezel and Bluetooth solar movement.
