Tecno has launched the Pova Curve 2 5G in India, introducing a curved AMOLED display, a large 8,000mAh battery, Dimensity 7100 chipset, and Android 16 OS. The device aims to deliver strong battery endurance and smooth performance in the mid-range segment. Here’s a closer look at its specifications, features, and pricing.

The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G has a 6.78-inch curved AMOLED display with a Full HD+ resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate, offering fluid visuals for gaming and everyday use. The panel supports peak brightness of up to 4,500 nits and is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 7i, enhancing durability while maintaining a premium appearance.
Under the hood, the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 chipset paired with 8GB LPDDR5x RAM. The handset is available with 128GB and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage options, along with 8GB virtual RAM expansion for improved multitasking.
A standout highlight is the 8,000mAh battery, supported by 45W fast charging. With a full charge, the phone can easily last for up to two days. While it packs a huge battery, it is ultra-thin at 7.42mm and weighs just under 200 grams.
The phone runs on Android 16 with HiOS 16 on top. For photography, it features a 50-megapixel primary rear camera accompanied by a 2-mgeapixel secondary sensor, while the front houses a 13-megapixel camera for selfies and video calls.
The Pova Curve 2 packs other features, such as an in-display fingerprint scanner, an enhanced display protection for everyday reliability, an IR blaster, a single speaker with Dolby Atmos support, and an IP65-rated dust and splash resistance.
Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G price and availability
The Tecno Pova Curve 2 5G starts at Rs 27,999 (~$310) for the 8GB+128GB variant, while the 8GB+256GB model is priced at Rs 29,999 ($330). The device comes in Storm Titanium, Melting Silver, and Mystic Purple color options. Sales begin on February 20 at 12pm (local time) via Flipkart. Launch offers include bank discounts of up to Rs 3,000 (~$33) for eligible buyers.
