G-Shock GM-H5600 Specifications

The GM-H5600 series combines the classic G-Shock design with modern fitness features. Casio has added a stainless steel bezel to enhance durability and style. The case back uses lightweight but durable carbon fiber-reinforced resin. The bands are made from bio-based resin derived from renewable materials like corn, reducing the environmental impact of the watches.

Casio has equipped these watches with advanced fitness-tracking features, including an optical heart rate sensor and a 3-axis accelerometer, for activities like running and walking. They also integrate with the Polar smartwatch library, offering workout analysis, sleep recovery monitoring, breathing exercises, and blood oxygen level measurements.

The GM-H5600 models feature a high-resolution memory-in-pixel (MIP) LCD for clear visibility in any lighting condition. The watches support USB charging and solar-assisted charging, offering up to 35 hours of battery life during intensive use or 11 months in power-saving mode.

The watches come with Bluetooth connectivity, allowing them to link to the Casio Watches app for enhanced functionality. Through the app, users can access training data, sleep analysis, and set the time for over 300 cities worldwide. Both models also boast shock resistance, 200-meter water resistance, and a built-in LED Super Illuminator for easy visibility in low-light conditions.

In related news, Casio debuted the G-Shock GMA-P2126W-8A with a minimalist monochrome finish and gold highlights, alongside new G-Shock GMA-S140PG models featuring metallic pink gold accents.
