HP has announced new gaming hardware updates at its HP Imagine 2026 event. The lineup includes the HyperX OMEN MAX 45L and HyperX OMEN 35L.

The HyperX OMEN MAX 45L is built for high-end gaming and heavy workloads. It runs on an Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus processor, which HP says offers up to 10 percent better gaming performance compared to the previous generation. The system can be configured with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5090 GPU and supports up to 128 GB of DDR5 RAM. It also includes a fully modular 1200W power supply for stable performance and future upgrades.

Cooling is handled by the second-generation Cryo Chamber system, along with support for up to a 360 mm LCD liquid cooler. The desktop uses a tool-less design with improved cable management, making it easier to upgrade components. It also supports standard HyperX parts for easier customization.
The HyperX OMEN 35L is positioned as a more accessible option. It uses the same Intel Core Ultra 7 270K Plus processor but comes with an NVIDIA GeForce RTX 5080 GPU. The system is designed to deliver steady performance for gaming while keeping noise levels low. It uses an optimized thermal design for consistent cooling during long sessions. Like the 45L, it includes a tool-less chassis and supports future upgrades using standard components.
HP also shared updates to its software. OMEN AI is being expanded to support more games and improve system performance through automatic tuning. The OMEN Gaming Hub is getting updates that give users more control over performance settings and system management.
HP said the OMEN MAX 45L will be available starting in May. Pricing details have not been announced yet.
