Casio Edifice ECB2300D-2A Specifications

The ECB2300D-2A features a metallic silver case and bracelet with a rich blue dial and accents. It is inspired by Formula racing cars, with arm-shaped lugs mimicking double wishbone suspension and protrusions resembling push rods. The stopwatch counter mixes blue with black and white accents, giving it a layered look that closely resembles a Formula race car.

Casio built the watch case with carbon fiber-reinforced resin and stainless steel. This material combination creates a durable yet lightweight frame, similar to the structure of high-performance racing machines.

The ECB2300D-2A connects to smartphones via Bluetooth, enabling automatic time correction and adjustments for world time in 300 cities. It also allows users to manage features like stopwatch data transfer and time zone settings through the Casio Watches app.

The watch uses Tough Solar technology to generate power from light sources, offering up to seven months of operation on a full charge without light exposure, and up to 18 months in darkness with power-saving mode.

The ECB2300D-2A features 100-meter water resistance, a countdown timer, and a Super Illuminator double LED light for visibility in darkness. Its slim 10.9mm case is 2mm smaller than the previous ECB-2000 model, offering a more comfortable fit.

In related news, Casio has recently introduced two G-Shock models inspired by Japan’s iconic red lanterns, while the translucent Casio GA-V01SKE with a Y2K-inspired design has also debuted in the US.
