At its latest global launch event, Oppo unveiled several premium devices including the Find X9 Ultra, Find X9s Pro, and Find X9s, alongside new wearables and tablets. Among them, the Oppo Pad Mini has also been announced, positioned as a compact yet powerful tablet. It aims to deliver flagship-grade performance in a smaller, more portable form factor, with more details revealed below.

Under the hood, the Oppo Pad Mini is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 platform, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device runs on ColorOS 16 and includes several productivity-focused tools such as PC-level WPS, file management features, and cross-device collaboration.

The Pad Mini features an 8.8-inch AMOLED display with a 3:2 aspect ratio and a resolution of 2520 x 1680 pixels. It supports an adaptive refresh rate ranging from 60Hz to 144Hz, along with peak brightness reaching 1600 nits. The slim bezels and high pixel density enhance the overall viewing experience, making it suitable for reading, editing, and media consumption.

For optics, the tablet includes a 13-megapixel rear camera and an 8-megapixel front-facing sensor for video calls and basic photography. It houses an 8000mAh battery with support for 67W fast charging, ensuring relatively quick top-ups. Additional features include Wi-Fi 7 support, USB Type-C connectivity, dual speakers, and a lightweight body measuring just over 5.3mm in thickness.

The Oppo Pad Mini starts at 3,199 Yuan (~$470) for the 8GB+256GB model, while the 12GB+256GB version is priced at 3,499 Yuan (~$510). The top-end 12GB + 512GB variant goes up to 3,999 Yuan (~$760). The tablet comes in Mint Green, Monet Purple, and Space Grey finishes, targeting users who prefer a premium yet lightweight slate for both work and entertainment.
