iQOO has launched the iQOO 15T in China as its latest performance-focused flagship smartphone. The device arrives with a premium design inspired by the iQOO 15 Ultra, featuring the brand’s Future Capsule rear camera module and a low-temperature matte-finish frame.

iQOO 15T Specifications
The iQOO 15T sports a 6.82-inch 2K AMOLED display with a 1Hz to 144Hz LTPO adaptive refresh rate, 3168 x 1440 resolution, and up to 4500 nits peak brightness. The BOE Q10+ panel also supports HDR, P3 wide color gamut, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and multiple eye-comfort technologies.
The device is powered by the 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9500 Monster Edition chipset with an octa-core CPU clocked at up to 4.21GHz and an ARM G1-Ultra GPU. It also features iQOO’s self-developed Q3 gaming chip with support for real-time ray tracing, 2K super-resolution, and up to 144FPS frame interpolation in supported games. The phone comes paired with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage.

The iQOO 15T runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. iQOO claims the phone will remain smooth for up to five years.
For cameras, the iQOO 15T features a dual rear camera setup headlined by a 200MP main camera with a 1/1.56-inch large sensor, f/1.88 aperture, OIS, and CIPA 4.5-grade stabilization. It supports 4x lossless zoom, up to 40x digital zoom, full focal-length portraits from 23mm to 100mm, Live Photos, Super Moon mode, night photography, professional video, and up to 8K video recording.
The main camera is joined by a 50MP ultra-wide camera with macro support. On the front, the phone has a 16MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture and up to 1080p video recording.
The device packs an 8000mAh Blue Ocean battery with second-generation semi-solid-state battery technology. It supports 100W fast charging, OTG reverse charging, and direct power supply mode for gaming.
The iQOO 15T features up to 4000Hz touch sampling, a 400Hz gyroscope, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, dual-frequency GPS, NavIC, USB Type-C, and dual nano-SIM 5G dual-active connectivity.
It also comes with stereo speakers, an ultrasonic 3D fingerprint scanner, Face Wake support, an infrared blaster, an X-axis linear motor, and IP68/IP69-rated protection with reinforced Rock Glass durability.

Pricing & Availability
The 12GB + 256GB model is priced at 3,799 yuan ($570), while the 16GB + 256GB variant costs 4,199 yuan ($630).
The 12GB + 512GB version is priced at 4,499 yuan ($675), and the 16GB + 512GB model costs 4,899 yuan ($735). The top-end 16GB + 1TB variant is priced at 5,699 yuan ($855).
The smartphone is currently up for purchase in China in the Qingyun (colorful), Legend Edition (White), and Track Edition (Black) color options.
