vivo OriginOS 7 beta program

Vivo has just started to recruit testers for the OriginOS 7 beta program, which will later allow select users to gain early access to the software ahead of the stable release. The company has revealed which Vivo and iQOO devices are eligible to take part in the beta program.

As always, the beta testing program has gone live in China first, with other regions expected to join the party in the coming weeks.

Which Vivo, iQOO devices are eligible for the OriginOS 7 beta program

For the first phase of beta testing, Vivo is accepting applications from users carrying any of these devices:

Vivo devices:

  • Vivo X300 Pro
  • Vivo X Fold 6
  • Vivo Pad 6 Pro

iQOO devices:

  • iQOO 15
  • iQOO Pad 6 Pro

How to register for the OriginOS 7 beta program?

To become an OriginOS 7 beta tester, you must have an eligible device (see above) and that you live in China. The beta recruitment started on the 30th of July at 10:00 AM China time, and will be live until the 4th of August at 11:59 China time.

For global users, Vivo hasn’t shared any details regarding the OriginOS 7 beta program. However, if past rollouts are anything to go by, the beta program should launch globally in September.
