Vivo has started selling the X300e in China today. The phone first went official on July 27, and now buyers can pick it up across all storage options in the mainland.
The Vivo X300e comes in two main configurations:
- 12GB + 256GB: 4,799 yuan (~$710)
- 12GB + 512GB: 5,299 yuan (~$780)
While the phone is unlikely to launch outside China, those who want it can buy it from Giztop starting at $879.
Vivo X300e Specifications
For the price, the Vivo X300e offers a unibody cold-carved glass build with large rounded corners, giving it a smooth, rounded feel in hand. Vivo paired this design with a 144Hz Zeiss Master Color screen.
On the back, the phone carries three lenses: a 50-megapixel main camera, a 50-megapixel secondary camera, and an 8-megapixel secondary lens. The setup uses Zeiss imaging tuning and adds telephoto stage, telephoto portrait, and telephoto landscape modes.
Inside, the Vivo X300e runs on Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 chip. It pairs this with LPDDR5X and UFS 4.1 storage, and the phone can virtually expand its RAM by up to 12GB when needed. Battery life comes from a large 7,200mAh cell.
The Vivo X300e also includes:
- Universal Smart Communication 3.0 for better signal handling
- Ultrasonic fingerprint 3.0, which unlocks the phone even with wet fingers
- Infrared remote control
- Full-function NFC
- IP69+IP68 dust and water resistance
- Stereo dual speakers
- An X-axis linear motor for haptic feedback
The phone ships with OriginOS 6 out of the box.
As we reported when the Vivo X300e launched, the phone is the fifth device in the X300 series to arrive in China, following the Vivo X300, X300 Pro, X300s, and X300 Ultra.
