The iQOO Z11 is available in three distinct variants across different markets, with each version taking a different approach to hardware. The China model is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8500, while the Malaysia variant uses the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4.
The Indian version takes a different route altogether. Along with a different chipset from both international variants, it also gets a distinct design, making it visually different from the Z11 models sold in China and Malaysia.
This review focuses specifically on the Indian variant of the iQOO Z11, which combines its own design language with a large battery, curved AMOLED display, and a new MediaTek Dimensity 7500 Turbo chipset. After spending time with the Aurora Green model, here’s how it performs in everyday use.
2Sharp and Immersive Display
The 6.83-inch curved AMOLED display is arguably the Z11’s biggest strength. It offers a 1.5K resolution, a 144Hz refresh rate, and up to 2,000 nits of high-brightness mode. The panel looks sharp, vibrant, and suitably punchy without making colors appear excessively artificial.
The 144Hz refresh rate also contributes to a noticeably fluid experience while scrolling through apps and navigating the interface. Not every application consistently takes advantage of the maximum refresh rate, but when the phone is operating at 144Hz, the difference is easy to appreciate.
The curved edges make the display feel more immersive, although they can occasionally introduce accidental touches. Still, for watching movies, browsing social media, or reading, this is one of the more impressive displays available in the segment.
