The screenless fitness tracker segment is getting another option as Luna begins making its wearable available to buyers worldwide. The Luna Band focuses on personalized fitness and health insights without relying on a built-in display. Its global rollout also puts it in direct competition with products such as Fitbit Air and Whoop.

Luna first showcased the Band at CES 2026 before opening a waitlist in May. Pre-orders began on July 4, with the first batch limited to invited customers and selling out quickly. At IFA 2026, the company confirmed that the Luna Band is now shipping globally, making it available through Luna’s online store.

The 24-gram wearable has a 27mm body and uses sensors to track heart rate, skin temperature and blood oxygen levels, along with an accelerometer and gyroscope for movement tracking. It supports more than 60 workout modes, with automatic tracking available for five activities, while training load and VO2 Max data are also part of the experience. A 5 ATM water resistance rating allows it to be used while swimming.

Instead of a screen, the Luna Band relies on voice interaction and its LifeOS platform. Users can log things such as meals or supplements using voice commands, while the system can analyse sleep, stress, fertility and training data. Luna also says users can upload lab reports and receive personalized guidance based on their goals and collected data.

LifeOS also supports Micro Apps, which are designed to extend the Band’s capabilities beyond its built-in tracking features. These can provide guidance around areas such as hydration, circadian sleep patterns, fitness age, supplements, and caffeine. The system is designed to adapt its recommendations to individual users rather than providing identical insights to everyone.

Luna Band price and availability

The Luna Band costs $149 in the US, while the UK price is £129 and the European price is €149. Unlike Whoop and Fitbit’s paid premium offerings, Luna does not require a recurring subscription to access its core features. It is available in colors including Aloe Green, Onyx Black, Desert Beige and Atlantic Blue.
