Hammer has launched the Aura Air, a new pair of wireless earbuds in India. Unlike conventional in-ear earbuds, the Aura Air features an open-ear clip-on design that sits around the ear instead of inside the ear canal. This design is aimed at users who prefer a more comfortable fit for extended use while remaining aware of their surroundings.

Hammer Aura Air Specifications

Instead of sitting inside the ear canal, the Aura Air uses a clip-on design that attaches to the outer edge of the ear. The earbuds and charging case weigh 48.5 grams in total. For audio, Hammer has equipped the earbuds with 11mm titanium drivers tuned to deliver clear highs and detailed vocals.

For voice calls, the earbuds use a four-microphone MEMS array with Environmental Noise Cancellation (ENC). The system helps reduce background noise in busy streets or offices while keeping the user’s voice clear during calls and video meetings.

On the connectivity front, the Aura Air supports Bluetooth 6.0. This offers lower latency, faster pairing, and a stable wireless connection.

In terms of battery life, the earbuds can deliver up to 60 hours of total playback time when factoring in the capacity of the charging case. These themselves hold up to six hours of continuous playback on a single charge. When depleted, the case can be recharged via USB Type-C, taking approximately 1.5 hours to reach a full battery.

Pricing and Availability

The Hammer Aura Air comes in Champagne Gold and is available for Rs. 1,299 through Hammer’s website, major e-commerce platforms, and quick-commerce apps.
