Add GIZMOCHINA as Preferred Source on Google
The stable One UI 9 rollout went live last week for the Galaxy S26 series, but that has been limited to South Korea. For other markets, the rollout is scheduled to begin today. The brand has also confirmed the exact rollout dates for some other Galaxy devices, including the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy S23 FE, and some foldables.
In a press release on Samsung Thailand’s newsroom, the company announced that the Galaxy S26 series will receive the One UI 9.0 update on September 21st. Technically, that applies only to the Thailand region, but other regions will likely start receiving the update around the same time.
The same press release also confirms that One UI 9 will start rolling out to the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy Z Fold 7, and Galaxy Z Flip 7 on September 28. Again, the rollout date is for the Thailand market, but expect other regions to be in the mix.
The Galaxy S23 FE also received a One UI 9 rollout commitment from Samsung’s Thailand division. The press release says the One UI 9 will reach the S23 FE by October. No specific date was provided.
In Thailand, the update will first be available on the Galaxy S26 Series on September 21st, followed by the Galaxy S25 Series and Galaxy Z7 Series on September 28th. The update will continue to roll out to the Galaxy S23 FE by October of this year.

While the rollout plan sounds promising, it’s strange to see the information getting published on a single newsroom portal. So, it could be a tentative plan that might change later. Anyway, the rollout dates are close, and we’ll soon find out.
