iQOO is all set to launch the iQOO Neo 12 in China on October 28. The same event will also bring a new tablet called the iQOO Pad Pro, which will sit below the existing iQOO Pad Ultra. Just as it has been doing with the Neo 12, the brand has been steadily revealing new details about the Pad Pro. Here’s everything iQOO has confirmed so far.
Q3 chip runs three visual enhancements at once

According to the latest Weibo post, the tablet pairs the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 with the Q3 chip. The duo can run ray tracing, super resolution and frame interpolation at the same time, which the company says brings more realistic lighting, richer detail and smoother touch response.
The accompanying poster also lists full-scene ray tracing, a QNSS super rendering engine and a local dark-area enhancement filter for FPS titles that makes enemies hiding in shadows easier to spot. An earlier teaser confirmed the Monster Super Core Engine, which reworks performance scheduling at the platform level.

Previous teasers confirmed an 8.8-inch OLED screen with a 165Hz refresh rate, which iQOO notes applies in gaming scenarios, along with a 9,020mAh battery. Cooling is handled by an Ice Dome four-layer air cooling system with a 30 x 30 x 3.5mm active fan that offers three speed levels, as we reported earlier. iQOO also lists Q-flex control technology, ultra-sensitive touch and an ultra-sensitive gyroscope for FPS gaming.
The brand has revealed an Ice Blade Blue colorway, while iQOO product manager Wang Kan has shown off a Lingfeng Gray option and confirmed that the tablet is 5.74mm thick and weighs 298 grams.
The promotional posters show the tablet inside a gamepad, but the fine print states that the controller is not included and must be purchased separately. A 3C listing pointed to 66W charging support.
