After its debut last Tuesday, the Redmi K100 is on sale in China today. The 12GB+256GB model costs 2,999 yuan (about $444) during a limited-time Double 11 offer.
The phone has a 10,000mAh battery and a 165Hz display. It is also the first standard K-series phone with a dedicated gaming graphics chip called D2.
Redmi K100 Price
The Redmi K100 comes in three memory and storage versions. Here are the prices:

The Double 11 offer saves you 500 to 600 yuan off the retail price. Last year’s Redmi K90 started at 2,599 yuan for its 12GB+256GB model. The base K100 now costs 400 yuan more at the Double 11 price.
The national subsidy is a Chinese government program that cuts the price of phones to encourage spending. Buyers get 15 percent off phones priced under 6,000 yuan, up to a maximum of 500 yuan per item. Each buyer can claim it for one item per product category. The 12GB+256GB model gets the full 15% off, which takes it from 2,999 yuan to 2,549.15 yuan. The two higher versions hit the 500 yuan cap.
Redmi K100 Specifications
The Redmi K100 has a 6.83-inch 1.5K flat screen with a 165Hz refresh rate. Peak brightness reaches 3,500 nits. The panel supports full brightness DC dimming and circularly polarized light. It also carries Xiaomi’s Green Mountain Eye Protection 4.0.
Redmi says the screen natively runs more than 40 games at 165 frames per second. The D2 chip adds super-resolution and super-frame at the same time in more than 100 mainstream games.
You get a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chip, LPDDR5X Ultra RAM, and UFS 4.1 storage. The D2 graphics chip sits alongside the main processor and handles the gaming features. The phone comes in black, snow white, and firefly green colors.
The Redmi K100 has a 10,000mAh Xiaomi Jinshajiang battery with 100W wired charging. You can also charge other devices from the phone at 27W over a wire.
