A few days ago, Vivo announced that it will launch a new smartphone series. The first of the smartphone series will be the Vivo Z1 which will be announced tomorrow.

Today, the Chinese manufacturer released a new teaser poster that revealed that the Vivo Z1 will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 660 AIE processor. This is the same chipset found in Vivo’s X21 and X21 UD flagships.

The rest of the specs are still unknown but the two teasers Vivo has released so far show that the Z1 will also have a notch in its display and a small bezel at the bottom.

The Vivo Z1 is targeted at the mid-range market but since it will be coming with the same chipset as Vivo’s flagships, we believe Vivo has cut corners in other areas such as the material used for the body and the camera configuration.
