Phone buyers are usually attracted to beautifully designed smartphones. Such is the fate of the Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Special Edition which was launched just a couple of days back. The device is presently on reservation in China and would go on sale on July 3. Interestingly, the reservation has seen a massive surge and as at the time of filing this report, it stood at over 1.67 million persons.

Although not all persons who made reservations would end up buying the phone, the figure is unprecedented for such a customised device. The thing is, Xiaomi says there are only 5000 units available to buy. So, a lot of them would end up not getting the phone even if they intend buying. The sales would obviously get concluded in a matter of seconds.Xiaomi Mi 6X Hatsune Miku Edition
