The OPPO Reno is scheduled for an April 10 launch in China but a new report has revealed there will be an international launch a few weeks later.

OPPO Reno Zurich Launch

OPPO is said to have sent out invites for an event in Zurich, Switzerland on April 24 where it will unveil the OPPO Reno. The version of the phone that will be launched in Europe will have a triple camera system with 10x zoom and 5G support.

The OPPO Reno’s main camera is a 48MP Sony IMX586 sensor and it is paired with an 8MP super wide-angle camera while the periscope lens is a 13MP sensor. The phone will be powered by Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 855 processor.

With respect to design, the phone will have a bezel-less display with no notch or punch hole. OPPO has adopted a unique pop-up selfie camera design that has been tagged as “Sharkfin selfie” due to its angled look.

Other confirmed features are ColorOS 6 based on Android 9 Pie, dual-frequency GPS, and a screen-to-body ratio of 93.1%. OPPO will also launch a variant of the phone with a Snapdragon 710 processor.
