A Chinese tipster has recently revealed that the key specifications and pricing of the upcoming Realme X smartphone. He has also claimed that the company may launch a flagship phone Snapdragon 855 in China. The handset is expected to rival with Redmi’s SD855 smartphone. According to the leakster, Realme’s flagship phone may release in the Chinese market as Realme X Pro. He has also shared the pricing of the speculated variants of the Realme X Pro.

According to the leak, the Realme X Pro will be releasing in China in 6 GB and 8 GB RAM variants. Both the models may come with 128 GB of native storage. These variants could be respectively priced at 2,299 Yuan (~$340) and 2,599 Yuan (~$386). The leak suggests that the Realme X Pro may release in the market as the cheapest Snapdragon 855 driven phone.

Since the beginning of this year, Redmi has been teasing on its Snapdragon 855 phone. Some reports have claimed that this model could be called Redmi X, but there is no official confirmation on it. Redmi will be soon announcing a flagship phone with notch-less display and a pop-up selfie camera. The rumor mill is speculating that it could be the Redmi’s Snapdragon 855 powered smartphone. However, there are contradictory rumors that claim that it could be a Snapdragon 730 SoC powered phone. Probably, the company may launch its SD730 phone before the Redmi SD855 smartphone.

As far as specs of the Redmi SD855 phone is concerned, it is expected to come with a 6.39-inch AMOLED display with in-screen fingerprint reader, up to 8 GB of RAM, an inbuilt storage of 128 GB, 32-megapixel selfie snapper, 48-megapixel + 8-megapixel + 13-megapixel triple camera setup and 4,000mAh battery. There is no information available on the pricing of the smartphone.
