Xiaomi recently teased the Mi TV 6 Series to launch in China on June 28 which is only a couple of days away. Although the original post didn’t reveal much details of the new flagship TV series, the company has been fairly consist in dishing out some details of the TV series.

Xiaomi did disclose that there will be a Mi TV 6 Extreme Edition which will feature an LCD panel that will offer picture quality in the grade of 10,000 yuan flagship TVs like those from Sony, for less that amount.

In addition to the premium display, Xiaomi has now disclosed via some pre-launch posters that the Mi TV 6 series will feature support for Wi-Fi 6 network connection. The smart TV will also come with an HDMI 2.1 interface as well as AMD FreeSync Premium game display certification. AMD touts the FreeSync technology to put an end to choppy gameplay and broken frames, giving gamers a fluid, artifact-free performance at virtually any frame rate.

Xiaomi touts the new TV series of providing the ultimate gaming experience. . The company also announced a partnership with Microsoft’s XBox which guarantees that the TV is powerful enough to support Xbox series game consoles. This support also extends to the PlayStation 5. The TV has 4K resolution and supports a 120Hz sreen refresh rate.

The Mi TV 6 Extreme Edition is expected to be available in three screen sizes- 55, 65, 75 inches. The TV models come with HLG, HDR10, HDR10+ certification as well as Dolby Vision, IMAX certification, and so on.

Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Mi TV ES series 2022 on that day. The ES series is expected to come in 55 inches, 65 inches, and 75 inches. Recall that the Mi TV EA series 2022 was unveiled recently in China packing a metal unibody and seven different screen sizes.
