After several leaks, we finally got a release date for the upcoming Realme GT Neo3. The smartphone is set for a release on March 22 in China and we are expected to see the phone bring an array of improvements over the predecessor. Now, Realme has teased about another improvement in the phone, and that’s the fast charging technology. Additionally, the company also claims that the GT Neo3 has gone through different safety tests.

Realme has shared new teaser posters of the GT Neo3. We learn that the smartphone has a dual-cell battery. The company reveals that the phone packs a 4,500mAh cell and it can be charged quickly with the help of the new 150W charging solution. As per Realme, the device goes from 0% to 50% in just 5 minutes. That being said, the phone won’t take more than 15 – 20 minutes to get fully juiced up.

Furthermore, Realme has confirmed that the GT Neo3 has gone through 41 TUV Rheinland tests ensuring that that super-fast 150W fast charging solution is safe for users. Realme reveals that the phone also houses a cooling system inside that helps in dissipating heat, in case there’s unusual heating.

That’s pretty much what we get to see in the new teasers. Since the launch is scheduled for next week, we expect to see more such teasers revealing the phone’s specs. Speaking of specs, the phone’s details have been given out by the past leaks.

The Realme GT Neo3 is expected to come with a 6.7-inch FHD+ AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It is said to have an under-display fingerprint scanner offering added security. It will come with a 16MP selfie snapper and a triple camera system at the rear. It is expected to have a 50MP Sony IMX766 main lens, an 8MP ultra-wide lens, and a 2MP macro sensor.

Under the hood, the smartphone is rumored to have the new MediaTek Dimensity 8100 SoC paired with up to 12GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage.
