Honor 80 series is confirmed to debut on November 23rd in China. The lineup is expected to comprise three devices. The brand will also announce the Honor Magic Vs foldable phone at the same event. Yesterday, Honor teased the front and rear design of the upcoming 80 series. The smartphone’s key specifications have surfaced in leaks and rumours in the past. The Honor 80 series will arrive as the successor to the Honor 70 series that debuted earlier this year.

Now in a new poster, Honor has confirmed the processor details of the Honor 80 and 80 Pro. The information is quite different compared to the past leaks. The regular model is teased to feature a new unannounced Snapdragon 782G processor. It is likely to go official at Qualcomm’s Snapdragon Summit. Meanwhile, the Honor 80 Pro is confirmed to be powered by a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC under the hood. It’s speculated that Honor will also announce the Honor 80 SE powered by Dimensity 1080 chipset.

The Honor 80 series is teased to come with a curved display featuring a pill-shaped camera cutout in the centre. The smartphones will retain the same pill-like camera module on the back panel along with water ripples pattern.

The Honor 80 series is tipped to feature 160MP primary camera on the back and 50MP dual front-facing snappers. It remains to be seen which among the three devices in the lineup will come with the rumoured lenses. The regular and SE models are expected to feature 66W charging whereas the Pro model will reportedly support 100W speed.
