Honor Pad V7 Pro debuted last year with the MediaTek Kompanio 1300T 5G processor, an 11-inch IPS LCD with 2.5K resolution, a 7250 mAh battery, and much more. Now the company is readying the successor of the V7 Pro. The Chinese OEM has started teasing the launch of the upcoming Honor Pad V8 Pro. The tablet will debut sometime in December. Honor Pad V8 Pro teaser

Honor recently posted a teaser video on Weibo, revealing the design and color options of the forthcoming Honor Pad V8 Pro. The new tablet can be seen to have a narrow frame design with a very high screen-to-body ratio. It has a front-facing camera in the middle of the side frame. On the back, it has a cylindrical camera module that features the sole rear camera and the LED flash.

The teaser suggests the device will be available in at least two colors—Blue and Orange. It will come with stylus and keyboard support. Further, the tablet will be running Honor’s latest MagicOS 7.0, which comes with significant upgrades and new features. The software enables seamless collaboration across devices and multitasking.

The company did not shed any light on the specifications and pricing of the upcoming device. Also, the exact launch date of the Honor Pad V8 Pro is yet to be announced. We should learn more about it in the coming days.

To recall, the Honor Pad V7 Pro debuted with an 11-inch IPS LCD display that offers a Quad HD+ resolution as well as a 120 Hz refresh rate. It has a dual camera, including a 13 MP main sensor and a 2 MP macro camera. It is currently available for 1999 yuan, which roughly converts to $279.
