Nothing Phone (1) users have begun receiving the most recent Nothing OS 1.1.7. The update now displays the battery percentage of the AirPods, improves OS smoothness and audio quality, addresses several known problems, and includes the November security patch. For the Nothing Phone (1).

The update comes with firmware version S1.1-221121-2306, weighing about 79MB in size. The majority of users have started receiving the Nothing OS 1.1.7 update, which is being rolled out via OTA. Relatedly, Nothing CEO Carl Pei has recently confirmed that the Nothing Phone (1) will be receiving its first Android 13 Beta build before the end of the year. This comes after his initial announcement stating that the Nothing Phone (1) won’t be receiving Android 13 until, which caused quite a backlash in the Nothing community.
