The phone runs on the RTOS operating system while the display size is 2.0 inches TFT LCD, which provides a resolution of 120 x 160 pixels. The device is packed with 4 MB RAM while the internal storage is 4 MB. There is no camera integrated into the phone.

The device is fueled with a Li-Po 1000 mAh battery. HMD 105 is available in three colors: Black, Blue, and Purple.
