Honor Magic 7 RSR details

A recent teaser unveiled that the Honor Magic 7 RSR is slated for a December 2024 release. Expected to follow the design language of its predecessor, it will feature a distinctive hexagonal-shaped camera module.

As per details shared by DCS, the Honor Magic 7 RSR will boast a robust camera system, including a 50MP primary camera with variable aperture support for optimal light capture in diverse conditions. A powerful 200MP periscope telephoto lens will also tag along, enabling impressive zoom capabilities. The third camera, likely an ultrawide lens, is speculated to be a 50MP sensor, mirroring the configuration of the Magic 7 Pro.

Honor’s Next-Gen GT Device

As for the GT series device, the tipster claims that it could challenge the dominance of Redmi and iQOO in the performance-oriented smartphone segment. The device is expected to feature a stunning 1.5K straight display along with a larger battery capacity. The device could be powered by last year’s flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor.

Given its specifications and anticipated launch timeline, the device is likely to succeed the Honor 90 GT. It is expected to directly compete with the Redmi K80 series and iQOO Neo 10 series. More details are expected to arrive in the coming days.

In the meantime, Realme has launched its performance-oriented flagship called the Realme GT 7 Pro, powered by the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset with a starting price of ¥3,599 (~$506) in China, making it a value-for-money device for gamers who are also looking for a daily driver.
