Honor recently confirmed that it will officially unveil the Honor GT Pro on April 23. Today, the brand confirmed that it will pack a massive battery — exceeding 7,000mAh capacity. Here’s a look at what to expect from the smartphone.

The Honor GT Pro is set to feature a 7,200mAh third-generation Qinghai Lake battery, making it the largest battery ever seen on a Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered smartphone. This exceptional capacity is further enhanced by an industry-first SoC voltage regulation chip that improves power efficiency and battery management.

The Honor GT Pro pairs the Snapdragon 8 Elite processor with LPDDR5X Ultra RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, aiming to deliver top-tier speed and responsiveness. The device also confirms with supports 90W fast charging.

The GT Pro sports a 6.78-inch 1.5K AMOLED flat panel with a 144Hz refresh rate and 2,700Hz instantaneous touch sampling rate. It includes Honor’s latest Oasis eye protection technology and reinforced Kunlun-like glass for durability.

For audio, the GT Pro inherits dual symmetrical 1216 speakers from the Magic 7 series. The device will come with other features, such as Magic OS 9-based Android 15, a metal middle frame, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, dual-frequency GPS, tri-band Beidou, Honor C1+ RF chip for stronger connectivity, and an IP68/69-rated chassis.

The Honor GT Pro, which is now officially listed for pre-orders in China, will arrive in four configurations: 12GB+256GB, 12GB+512GB, 16GB+512GB, and 16GB+1TB. It will be available in three shades: Ice Crystal White, Phantom Black, and Racing Gold.
