OnePlus is preparing to introduce two new performance-focused smartphones in China – the OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra and Ace 5 Racing Edition. As per the listings spotted on the brand’s official online store and other retailer platforms, the company has confirmed several details in advance of the May 27 launch.

The OnePlus Ace 5 Ultra, also referred to as the Extreme Edition, will come in multiple RAM and storage configurations, including 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, 16GB + 512GB, and a top-end 16GB + 1TB variant. It will be available in Breeze Blue, Titanium, and Phantom Black.

The OnePlus Acre 5 Racing Edition will be offered in four variants – 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB, 16GB + 256GB, and 16GB + 512GB. This version will be available in Wilderness Green, White, and Rock Black finishes.

Design-wise, both smartphones sport a flat OLED screen with a centrally aligned punch-hole for the front camera. The Racing Edition has a vertical dual-camera layout with an LED flash, and the Ultra variant follows a similar vertical module design.

Leaked details suggest that the Racing Edition may feature a 6.77-inch LTPS OLED screen with a 1.5K resolution and 144Hz refresh rate. It will feature the Dimensity 9400e chipset and a 7,000mAh battery with support for 80W charging. The Ultra model might sport a slightly bigger 6.83-inch OLED display with the same resolution and refresh rate, paired with 100W charging support. It will be powered by the Dimensity 9400 Plus SoC. Both models are said to come equipped with a 50-megapixel main camera and feature a Plus Key side button for improved gaming control.
