iPhone 17s are officially out, and new Android flagships won’t be far behind. Vivo looks set to be first out of the gate this month with the X300 and X300 Pro, powered by MediaTek’s Dimensity 9500 chip.

And the Pro model has just shown up on the AnTuTu v11 benchmark with an overall score of 4,011,932 points. Breaking it down, the CPU managed 1,043,247 while the GPU pulled in 1,510,982.

Inside, the Dimensity 9500 is built on a cluster of four Cortex-X930 and four Cortex-A730 cores — in other words, it’s an all big-core design. Vivo today also confirmed its joint partnership with Arm, adding that the chip will support the SME2 instruction set.

The device in this particular test was the Vivo X300 Pro Satellite Communication Edition, which all but confirms satellite connectivity. That same variant also cleared China’s 3C certification last week with support for 90W wired charging.

Vivo is also expected to offer a standard X300 Pro without satellite features, while the satellite edition may only come in a 16GB RAM and 1TB storage configuration.

Vivo X300 Pro Rumored Specifications

On the hardware side, the X300 Pro is rumored to ship with a 6.8-inch flat OLED display at 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate.

The phone will have a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main sensor with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultrawide, and a 200-megapixel Samsung HPB periscope telephoto camera with OIS.

As for the battery, it is expected to measure around 6,500mAh, which, apart from supporting 90W wired charging, will also feature 30W wireless charging.

Vivo is also said to be equipping the phone with its V3 and VS1 image processing chips to help squeeze more out of the system.
