Vivo iQOO Z9S has been officially released on Aug. 23, 2025.
The smartphone features a slim and elegant design measuring 163.7 x 75 x 7.5 mm and weighing around 180–182 grams. It supports dual Nano-SIM cards and comes with an IP64 rating for dust and splash resistance. The 6.77-inch AMOLED display delivers vibrant visuals with 1 billion colors, HDR10+ support, and a 120Hz refresh rate.
Vivo iQOO Z9S offers 1800 nits peak brightness and a resolution of 1080 x 2392 pixels (~388 ppi), protected by Schott Xensation glass. Powered by the 4 nm MediaTek Dimensity 7300 chipset, the device features an octa-core CPU (4×2.5 GHz Cortex-A78 & 4×2.0 GHz Cortex-A55) and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU, running on Android 14 with Funtouch OS 14.
It offers up to 12GB RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage, though there’s no memory card slot. The dual rear camera setup includes a 50MP main sensor with OIS and PDAF, paired with a 2MP depth sensor. It supports 4K video recording at 30/60fps and 1080p with gyro-EIS. The 16MP front camera delivers clear selfies and supports 1080p video.
Audio is enhanced by stereo speakers and 24-bit/192kHz Hi-Res sound, though the 3.5mm jack is omitted. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, and USB Type-C 2.0 with OTG support. The phone also includes an under-display optical fingerprint sensor, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, and compass. It houses a 5500 mAh battery with 44W fast charging and 7.5W reverse wired charging. Available colors are Titanium Matte and Onyx Green.
