Vivo Y500 Pro has not been officially announced yet. The specs mentioned below are based on rumors.
The phone measures 160.2 x 74.5 x 7.8 mm and weighs 198 grams, giving it a slim profile while still feeling solid in hand. It supports dual Nano SIM and comes with serious durability credentials. The IP68/IP69+ rating means it is protected against dust and can handle high-pressure water jets and submersion up to 1.5 meters for up to 24 hours. It is also drop-resistant from heights up to 1.7 meters.
The front has a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with 1B colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, and high-frequency 3840Hz PWM dimming for comfortable viewing. The peak brightness reaches up to 5000 nits, which is extremely bright for outdoor use. It uses Diamond Shield Glass with an anti-reflective coating for extra protection. The resolution is 1260 x 2800, offering sharp detail.
It runs Android 16 with OriginOS 6 on top. Inside, the phone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 chipset with an octa-core CPU and Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. Storage options include 256GB or 512GB, both paired with 12GB RAM. There is no microSD card slot. On the back, there is a 200MP main camera with PDAF and OIS, supported by an auxiliary lens. Video recording supports up to 4K. The front camera is 32MP and also records in 4K.
Vivo Y500 Pro features stereo speakers and supports Hi-Res wired and wireless audio, along with 3D panoramic sound. It includes Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, and accurate multi-band GPS. The under-display fingerprint sensor handles security. The 7000 mAh battery supports 90W fast charging and reverse wired charging. It comes in Black, Green, Pink, and Gold.
