The device supports dual Nano SIM and comes with an IP64 rating, which means it is protected against dust and light water splashes. Powering the phone is the Mediatek Dimensity 6300 chipset built on a 6 nm process. The CPU consists of two Cortex-A76 cores clocked at 2.4 GHz and six Cortex-A55 cores at 2.0 GHz. The GPU is the Mali-G57 MC2. Storage options include 64GB or 128GB combined with 4GB or 6GB RAM. There is a dedicated microSD card slot for expansion.
The rear camera setup has a 13 MP main lens with autofocus, along with a secondary auxiliary sensor. Features include an LED flash and panorama mode, and video recording is available at 1080p. The front camera is a 5 MP unit. Vivo Y19s 2025 has stereo speakers and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
Connectivity options include dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS and related satellite systems, USB Type-C, and FM radio. Security is handled by a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The 6000 mAh battery supports 15W charging. It is available in Majestic Green and Titanium Silver.
