Huawei Mate 70 Air has been officially released on November 6, 2025.
This phone has a slim profile despite offering a large display. It measures 165 x 81.5 x 6.6 mm and weighs 208 grams. It supports dual Nano SIM and is rated IP68/IP69 for dust and water resistance, which means it can handle splashes and brief submersion. It also supports a stylus, making it useful for note-taking or creative tasks.
The front features a 7.0-inch LTPO OLED screen with 1B colors, a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR Vivid support, and up to 4000 nits peak brightness. The resolution is 1320 x 2760, and it is protected by Kunlun Glass. The phone runs HarmonyOS 5.1 and is powered by either the Kirin 9020A or 9020B chipset, depending on whether you choose the 12GB or 16GB RAM variant. Storage options include 256GB or 512GB, with no memory card slot.
On the back, there is a triple camera setup: a 50 MP main sensor with OIS, a 12 MP telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom, and an 8 MP ultrawide lens. Huawei Mate 70 Air supports 4K and 1080p video with stabilization. The selfie camera is 10.7 MP and also supports 4K video recording.
The phone has stereo speakers and supports high-bitrate audio, but there is no 3.5mm jack. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6/7, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS with multiple satellite systems, NFC, and an infrared port. It uses USB-C for charging and data. The 6500 mAh battery supports 66W wired charging and 5W reverse wired charging. It is available in Black, White, and Silver.
