Xiaomi 17 Max has not been officially announced yet. The specs mentioned below are based on rumors.

Features like Leica optics, Laser AF, Dual-LED flash, and color spectrum sensor enhance photography performance significantly. The phone comes with a 6.9-inch LTPO AMOLED display supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and Dolby Vision content. The screen delivers 1200 × 2608 resolution, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and up to 3500 nits peak brightness. It runs on Android 16 with HyperOS 3 and uses the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset.
It features up to 1TB UFS 4.1 storage with up to 16GB RAM for flagship-level performance. The build includes glass panels, an aluminum frame, IP68 protection, and support for dual SIM plus eSIM. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, infrared port, USB Type-C 3.2, and ultrasonic fingerprint scanning.
An 8000mAh silicon-carbon battery powers the device with 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging support. It also supports reverse wired and reverse wireless charging for powering compatible accessories and smartphones conveniently. The device is available in Black, Blue, and White color options.
