Casio is celebrating Pokémon’s 30th anniversary with a special G-Shock collaboration based on the iconic GA-110 watch. Based on the popular GA-110, the limited-edition timepiece combines nostalgic design elements inspired by the original Pokémon games with several collector-focused details. Read on to find out what makes this collaboration unique.
G-Shock x Pokémon GA-110 highlights

The watch is based on the G-Shock GA-110 and adopts the signature red, blue and green colour palette inspired by the original Pokémon Red, Green and Blue games released in 1996. The watch hands, buttons, dial and bezel all reflect these colours, while the inset dial at the 9 o’clock position is designed to resemble a Poké Ball.

It also features an indicator hand shaped like Pikachu, adding another playful touch to the design. Turning the watch over reveals a specially engraved case back featuring the official Pokémon 30th anniversary logo.

The translucent band continues the anniversary theme by featuring 30 Pokémon. It includes three starter Pokémon from every generation spanning Kanto to Paldea, along with Pikachu and Eevee on the strap itself.

The band loop features Mew, bringing the total number of featured Pokémon to 30. Casio has also designed a collector’s package shaped like a Poké Ball, while the outer box showcases artwork featuring all 30 Pokémon included in the collaboration.
