Recent reports have revealed that the upcoming Vivo X500 series lineup may include multiple models, such as the Vivo X500e, X500, X500 Pro (or Pro Mini), X500 Pro Max, and X500 Ultra. Among these, the X500e and X500 Ultra are expected to launch in the first half of next year, while the remaining three models may debut in China this September.
In a recent Weibo post, reliable tipster Digital Chat Station shared the camera details of the X500 Pro Max. Now, the tipster is back with a new leak, revealing what appears to be detailed information about the Vivo X500’s camera specifications.

According to DCS, an engineering prototype believed to be the upcoming Vivo X500 is equipped with a triple rear camera setup. The leak claims the device features a 50-megapixel Sony primary camera with a large 1/1.28-inch sensor, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide camera, and a 64-megapixel Sony periscope telephoto camera with a 1/2-inch sensor and a 70mm equivalent focal length.
The tipster added that telephoto macro support has not yet been confirmed, although it is likely to be included in the final hardware.
As for the rest of the specifications, the Vivo X500 is expected to feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, it is likely to be powered by a Dimensity 9500-series chipset and pack a massive 7,500mAh battery. At present, there is no information about the device’s fast charging capabilities.
