Realme has expanded its C-series lineup in India with the launch of the Realme C100x, a budget-focused 4G smartphone that prioritizes battery capacity and physical durability.

The phone features a 6.8-inch HD+ IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and up to 240Hz touch sampling rate. The panel reaches 900 nits peak brightness, is protected by Panda@MN228 glass, and includes Rain Touch Mode for reliable touch response even with wet or oily fingers.
Under the hood, the phone is powered by the Unisoc T7250 octa-core processor paired with a Mali-G57 GPU, along with 4GB LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB eMMC 5.1 storage. It also supports virtual RAM expansion and up to 2TB of additional storage via a dedicated microSD card slot.
On the software side, the phone runs realme UI 7.0, which is based on Android 16. The operating system includes several integrated tools, such as an AI Outdoor Mode for optimizing screen brightness and volume, and AI Netpilot for signal stabilization in weak network areas. It also features native integration with Google Gemini and Circle to Search, which can be accessed by long-pressing the power button.
The camera setup is straightforward. The rear module houses a 50-megapixel primary sensor with an f/1.8 aperture. For front-facing photos, there is a 5-megapixel camera with an f/2.2 aperture. The camera software supports standard shooting modes like Portrait, Night, and Panorama, alongside Dual-view video and basic editing tools like an object eraser and Smart Image Matting.
The device packs a large 8,000mAh battery with support for 45W SuperVOOC fast charging and 6W reverse wired charging. Realme claims the battery can retain over 80% of its capacity after seven years of regular use.
The phone combines a reinforced ArmorShell chassis with MIL-STD-810H durability and IP64-rated protection against dust and splashes. It also includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a 3.5mm audio jack, and a customizable Pulse Light LED on the back for notifications and charging status.
Pricing and Availability
The Realme C100x is priced at Rs. 14,499 for the single 4GB RAM and 64GB storage model. It is available in two color options: Deepblue Tides and Golden Coast, and can be purchased through Realme’s official website, Flipkart, and select offline retail stores across India.
