Back in May, MediaTek unveiled the Dimensity 7500, a 4nm chipset designed for mainstream smartphones. Currently, the Vivo S60 Vitality, which is exclusive to China, is the only phone equipped with this processor. iQOO has been teasing the arrival of the iQOO Z11 in India for the past week, and the brand has now confirmed that the device will debut as India’s first phone featuring the Dimensity 7500 Turbo.
iQOO Z11’s chipset revealed

The iQOO Z11 will be powered by the Dimensity 7500 Turbo, which could be a customized version of the existing chipset while retaining its core specifications. Another teaser from the brand claims that the new processor can achieve a score of 1.2 million on AnTuTu benchmarks. The device was also spotted on Geekbench AI last month, revealing details such as 12GB of RAM and Android 16.
For reference, the Dimensity 7500 features an octa-core Armv9.3-A CPU with clock speeds of up to 2.6GHz, along with the NPU 850 for improved on-device AI processing. It also supports MediaTek HyperEngine for smoother gaming, displays with up to 144Hz refresh rates, and camera sensors up to 200-megapixel.
The chipset also delivers improved power efficiency, faster app response times, and enhanced AI capabilities for tasks such as voice recognition, smart replies, and on-device language processing. Connectivity features include Wi-Fi 6E, Bluetooth 5.4, and a 3GPP Release 17 5G modem with download speeds of up to 5.2Gbps.

Apart from revealing the processor, iQOO has confirmed that the Z11 will be available in a Celestial Blue shade weighing 199 grams and an Aurora Green variant with a monochrome liquid crystal finish. The phone will also be available in a white color option and feature a 3D curved AMOLED display.
The iQOO Z11 is scheduled to launch on August 20 in India.
