A mysterious Vivo phone with model number V2603A has been gradually receiving the necessary certifications in China. At the end of July, it was approved by the country’s CMIIT authority, and a couple of days ago, it was certified by the 3C authority. Now, in a new development, it has surfaced on Geekbench, revealing its chipset, RAM, and OS version.

As can be seen in the Geekbench listing, the Vivo V2603A phone is powered by a MediaTek MT6881 chip, which includes a Mali-G625 MC2 GPU, four CPU cores operating at 2.0GHz, and the remaining four cores clocking at 2.60GHz.
These details suggest that the device is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7500 chipset. It has 12GB of RAM and runs on Android 16, which is most likely to have the OriginOS 6 skin on top.
The 3C certification of the device revealed that it may ship with 44W charging. At present, there is no telling whether it will be a Vivo or iQOO-branded phone.
Speaking of the Dimensity 7500, the Vivo camp currently has two phones powered by the said chip. This includes the Vivo S60 Vitality Edition (or Vivo S60e), which debuted a couple of months ago in China. The other one is the iQOO Z11, which is also set to launch on Aug. 20 in India.
The S60e supports 90W charging, whereas there is no information about the fast charging capabilities of the Z11. Hence, it remains to be seen whether the V2603A is a rebranded version of India’s Z11 or a completely different phone.
