The display features a 6.74-inch IPS LCD panel with a 120Hz refresh rate and brightness reaching 1200 nits in HBM mode. Its 720 x 1600-pixel resolution delivers approximately 260 ppi within a 20:9 aspect ratio. The panel covers around 85 percent of the front surface, providing a spacious viewing area for browsing, streaming, and general smartphone use.

Running Android 16 with OriginOS 6, Vivo iQOO Z11i is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset.
