The device features a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor supporting OIS and an 8MP secondary camera. It records videos in up to 4K UHD resolution, while the 16MP front camera handles selfies and video calls. The camera system focuses on stable photography and high-resolution video recording for everyday use.

A 6.78-inch LTPO AMOLED display delivers 1260 × 2800 resolution with approximately 453 ppi pixel density. The panel supports a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2592Hz PWM dimming, and a punch-hole design. LTPO technology helps improve power efficiency by dynamically adjusting the refresh rate when required. The phone does not include a 3.5mm headphone jack or FM radio, following a modern flagship design.

The phone runs Android 16 and is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset. Its octa-core processor reaches clock speeds up to 4.6GHz and is paired with 12GB RAM. iQOO Neo 12 also includes 12GB virtual RAM and 256GB internal storage for smooth multitasking and gaming. A large 7500mAh battery powers the device and supports 100W fast charging for quick recharging.

Reverse charging is also available, allowing the phone to charge compatible accessories when required.
